Matthew’s Vision

Matthew’s Vision, Inc. is a New York Based non-profit, non-partisan, volunteer organization with a 501(c)(3) IRS tax exemption.

Mission Statement-

To help underprivileged people with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. To provide safe, healthy and nutritious food and drink items to those in need. To educate them, their families and the general public on the prevalence of and prevention of food-induced anaphylaxis.

Services-

Over 10 million Americans suffer from life threatening food allergies. There are 7 major food allergens that could all produce an anaphylactic response. These include dairy, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, walnuts), eggs, wheat, shellfish and soy. Sesame is another food allergen.In addition, gluten is not tolerable for the 2 million Americans who have celiac disease. We partner with other charitable organizations which help bring awareness, education, and safe foods to those in need. In addition, the general public must be alerted to the severity of this condition that is so dramatically misunderstood and under appreciated. Both monetary and nonperishable food product donations are accepted and distributed.
